Follow Focus has play.
If the microFollowfocus is becoming 'looser' or won't turn the lens gear at all, the first thing to do is isolate the source of the play. It will be in one of three areas.
1) The focus wheel.
2) The gear box.
3) The drive gear.
#1 and #3 can usually be fixed by tightening the set screws in the focus wheel and drive gear. In the event that the drive gear has stripped and the follow focus is out of warranty, you can pick up the new drive gear upgrade as a replacement at the following link:

If the play is coming from the gear box, the gear box will need to be replaced. If the unit is under warranty, contact us at support@redrockmicro.com. If it's out of warranty, you can purchase the gear box directly from the web store:
